Kinsrow you are in a tough spot.
One thing I've noticed is people don't like having their work ripped apart and redone by someone else or even have it suggested that it needs to be redone.
The tough part is you seem like the person who has to make the thing work despite the fact you didn't...
"With dc, the coil is not affected, but you don't have indication of the fault either."
This can make for an interesting time trying to locate the fault depending on the amount of things being supplied.
Well looks like everything is set. I drew up a one line and had it transfered to computer by a co-worker. Power company should be out to look at the site and what it will take to swap transformers next. Hoping they'll be able to do it reasonably quickly but time will tell.
"I've been advised that I should avoid appearing frustrated, even when people JUST DON'T FRIGGEN GET IT. It's a related difficulty."

After wiring an AC drive with THHN it was brought to my attention that there was a special wire used specifically for drive wiring. Having wired quite a few drives with THHN an experiencing zero problems this came as a bit of an eye opener. Im wondering if anyone else has run into a situation...

I'm curious if this guy would get backed up by 2dye4 if he did "play along" and got heat for it.
Most company rules are put in place to prevent bad things...
"Many of these revolve around the internet. We should not
download anything from the internet. But every day our
people need to get things from cyberspace to help them
do their work. If you ask a peer they just say go ahead
just don't tell anyone."
Just a thought that you have a security issue...
