I have checked the ASMD from CINDAS; it only got data for condition H1000. Does the Damage Tolerant Design Handbook contain the same data or they are generated by different parties than the ASMD?

I am new to material fatigue and I have just started doing some work on helicopter fatigue. I am getting confuse about load spectrum and usage spectrum. Are they the same thing? It will be good if someone can provide me a link to an example of each.
