after running ug_inspect, it says "In File <file-name> could not open <file-name>: status 1"

If you open the file in Notepad, all that comes up is the name of the file followed by a few numbers. the Second line of the text is all random characters.

I can't figure out the command prompting but if it is a Cadkey .prt file, is there any way I can manipulate it in order to open it in Pro/E or UG ?? Thanks
