just double checked & when I right click on any one of the tabs, there are only 4 choices shown, all checked. But they are the tabs from the assy, not the drawing. I also tried a ctl-Q rebuild but that didn't change anything.

What I did was remove the dropdown altogether for chamfer/fillet from command mgr & put the individual buttons there for each. Seems like I did that for a couple of other commands too. It's just what I was used to & it works for me.
