Has anyone noticed a problem with edrawings2005? We can print some .slddrw's but some come out as a pure black sheet using a lot of toner. Just curious if anyone else had this problem and knows of a possible solution

I downloaded a program called wintopo. I didn't pay for the real version but the free version is ok for converting vectors. It doesn't do too complex but it starts it so that you might only have to touch it up. You can download that program at http://www.wintopo.com/

We do not use PDMWorks so we are not upgrading our Office seats to OfficePro. Our var told use that we would pay the same subscription price but if we upgrade to Pro, it would be $200 more. Something to keep in mind if you are not using PDMWorks

Ed, We don't provide assy model to customers. We would create a part from the assy. If they do not have SW, then we create an edrawing for them. You can open the part or assembly in edrawings and saveas an EXE incase they don't have edrawings
