    A client is wanting to reuse an existing vertical pressure vessel as a atmospheric storage tank. What are some consideration that needs to be looked at for something like this? The product is COS Solvent and tank will have a nitrogen blanket. Thank you.

    Hello everyone, My question is, what is the maximum projection from the tank shell that an annular ring should be? I found in API-650 Sec. 5.4.2. that the minimum should be no less than 2 inches but not finding a maximum. Thanks
