Where does SAE1645 NOT apply? Large diameter fuel rail lines?
In looking at all the related SAE specs for fuel rails, it seems pretty absolute that everything that touches flowing gasoline (filter, lines, fuel rails) must be conductive for ESD purposes, yet there are many applications that I know do not use conductive plastic fuel rails.
