Does anyone know where I can find any standard for external side rear view mirror break-away force? I can't find it anywhere in FMVSS 571.
Also if anyone knows a typical Cd (Co-eff of drag) value for a standard car side mirror, or a nominal drag force, that would be most helpful also...

As I understand, "CR" denotes Cold Reduced. What does the "2" indicate. Also is the (1.0215) a part of the spec. req. or part of the definition of the steel grade?
