    I actually need to do some other analysis. But, first i need to check whether it is working fine (material models, geometric modelling etc.,). But i couldn't understand why this is happening. Even though i didn't find any convergence problems/numerical instabilities.

    Displacement are measured at particular node not average displacement. In fact, I would like to try that also. I have not modelled mortar joints explicitly instead I have used surface based cohesive behavior between the masonry units and tried to incorporate the joint interaction.
