Amada Trace Controller alarm
Sorry for delay, fixed now. First, whoops machine is FOM2 3015 NT. The Trace Controller Alarm apparently caused by a damaged amplifier. This is a small gold box, mounted just above and behind purge-water line, glass doors side. Dent in amplifier. Our tech is super cool. Opinion is it was damaged...- Rich5280

Amada Trace Controller alarm
Amada 3015NT CO2 laser. Suffered a typical lateral head crash. Got typical Z-Sensor Wire Breaks alarm. New nose, Teflon packing, gaskets & o-rings, nozzle as usual, still had Wire Breaks alarm. Second shift then removed the Coupler Head, lower housing holding the nose etc. They put in New...- Rich5280
