H&B says they discontinued their 130 (3-wire) Truss Mesh for a 14" wide wall ... WIRE_BOND says they can provide it, but is special order and a three week lead time. is there any other company out there that has it readily available?3 wire Truss Mesh

Put a post under the splice. If that isn't possible, remove the section with the splice back to the nearest post on either side and install new unspliced beam across the span that is supported by said posts.
