Steering Wobble - Straight Line simulation.

No, I didn't notice any significant difference when I reduced the step time. Thanks, John

Steering Wobble - Straight Line simulation.

Hi Greg I was running with 4deg of caster, increasing it did really help in damping the wobble. Can't seem to understand why the simulation ran into an error the first time I tried it. Also I didn't notice any wobble in swept steer. Thanks, John

Steering Wobble - Straight Line simulation.

Hello, I have been working on a rigid chassis truck model (10x4 configuration) with Twin Steering. While doing straight-line simulations the steering starts to wobble violently after 5 seconds into the simulation. I thought of adjusting the caster angle by changing the kingpin hardpoints...

Calculation of deviation from target path - ADAMS CAR

Hi Greg, Yes I'm exploring how to create requests to get extract required information.

Calculation of deviation from target path - ADAMS CAR

Hi Alok, I'm measuring paths to calculate deviation. i.e I need to understand when the vehicle is starting to slide away from the target path and at what speed.

Calculation of deviation from target path - ADAMS CAR

I was thinking of creating two markers one in the ground and other on C.G and create a request to get the distance between two. Thanks John

Calculation of deviation from target path - ADAMS CAR

Hi, Is there any measurable way to calculate the deviation of the vehicle from the targeted path in simulations like Constant Radius Cornering. Please find the screenshot below for...
