I'm afraid to say I hate it :( I've been using Unigraphics since V16 but I've been looking at NX9 for the last month and it feels like 'change for change sake'. I feel the development time would have been better spent on more enhancements instead of changing the interface.

Does anyone know why changing the customer default for 'part family directory' doesn't work? It always seems to default to the 'part file directory'.

I appreciate nothing has changed in terms of what I can do and I know the views marked with the '*' have been changed but I was wondering why when I add a view the selected part now defaults to the model file instead of the drawing one. In previous versions it defaulted to the drawing file.

I'm having a strange issue after installing the update for NX8. When I start the program it comes up with a 'No disk' error, if I put the disk in the drive or cancel (sometimes have to do this several times) it starts.
Any ideas much appreciated.
