Hi All
It is in fact a project philosophy: as said previously, supporting infrastructure is simple and conventional for Ex d.
It is to fast and simple to said that the cost of Ex i is lower or higher than Ex d (which is not sure for all instruments and equipment): it depends where! onshore and...

Hi Ramzy,
I appreciate your feedback and I hope that you will keep this experience of FT and heat calculator configuration in your mind (we used in some applications pulse from FT to count volume and we have to set both side)

Hi Ramzi,
Thank you for these last information.
PROMAG50
>End value freq 1000 hz
Why are you sending End value freq value (1000 hz)? this is for frequency operation mode...
So please confirm that your promag 50w is working under pulse (operation mode) with "Freq.-/ Pulse Output" in pulse...
Ramzy
If your K-factor Range on contrec is 100.00 pulse / m3
that is meaning that your flowmeter should have a setup of : 1 pulse = 0.01m3 (that is better than 0.05m3).
So can you confirm your setup on Promag 50 and Contrec ?
regards
bruno

Are you using Frequency output or Pulse output ?
What is the configuration of your pulse output (i.e. pulse value on Promag 50) ?
E+H wrote that you may choose pulse = 0.05m3 for example for Full scale value of 300 m3/h.
If you choose a too high value on flowmeter, then you can have on...
Hi Masoud
