I was thinking of making a set of standard details for manufacturing. Small drawings that don't change that I can "insert" onto the border drawing. It think that the Symbols may do it. Seems like I could have a book of details to flip through, type in a list of notes/details I need and have UG...
I used to work at a company that had tons of AutoCad detail blocks.
Is there anyway to make some sort of blocks that I can "insert/import" into drafting titleblocks?

I have found that you can extract curves from the edges of the body you are trying to wave in the explosion and then move the waved body (because it wont wave in its exploded position) to the curves created. Just use the 3 point CSYS to CSYS ( I like "origin, x-point, y-point).

Have you tried to use "optimize face" to summons the "force".
I use this tool alot for resurrecting flipped out sheet bodies. If you started with something that was not too bad, it might fix all the little bugs. NX8 tool.
