Thanks for the video, It would be a good idea to create groups and turn them on as suggested, I am using a macro for the note as a workaround at the moment. It works fine but I will look into using the note as a group in a template. Thanks again for taking the time to do the video.

Hi Mathi , Thanks for the reply , That was the way i was trying to do it but it just seems to retain the text as a favorite and not the settings.

NX 8.5.3.3 If I create a note in drafting , go to the settings of the text , change the font type, color etc and then save that as a favorite. when I reapply the same text using the favorite tab the text has lost all the settings and reverts to system defaults. Is there something I am doing...

After I Auto balloon a view in drafting I would normally place the balloon in a suitable location. If the assembly gets updated for various reasons the drafting becomes out of date. when I update the drafting views the auto balloons move from where i positioned them. Is there a way to fix these...
