Do the same standards apply to the allowable pressure drops to inlet and outlet piping for a rupture disc (alone, no PSV) as for a PSV? For instance, does the pressure drop going to the rupture disc still need to be within 3% of the burst pressure? And what about the discharge piping? Does...
