i miss understand what do you mean (pre stressed)
but i can say that the flange after we fabricate it we do a pressure test using water on it and bolt the two outlet with a blind flange
so the only load inside is the pressure of water which can reach 10000 psi...
How can i made FEA to the flange which is pressurized and bolted

Load constraint : Pressure
Boundary constraint : Fixed at the bolt hole
but i think its not right

sometimes i need to work in drafting first , I'm insert and image and go on this image
after i finished i want to draw 3D model , but when i start modeling i'm not found it
only solution is to swn it to autocad and import it in modeling
is there a faster solution ?
whats the mean of engage and retract? and how can i make a cavity mill through cone without retract ?, i want to do the operation continuous in z not to make a layer then retract to a point above
