What it ended up being was, an edit done outside of the tool. When I deleted back to that point, I was able to add revisions until it split side by side.
Which leads me to this question. Can we insert into the revision block? I only see edit and delete.

I am adding revisions and the block is growing off the page. I thought it would know, and add a new page or add beside the current. Any advice? This is from the GM toolkit.

Hello. All of a sudden the icons in my color palette went tiny! Very annoying. I have no idea what happened, but I'd like to return them to the normal size. Any ideas? I've attached an image.
