i think we should at first design a shortcut column to find the number of trays(theoritical) then we can simulate our process...am i right dear Chemlite?
i know that last versions can do this...but there is not a way for me to access those versions, so i have to try hysys

im an engineer but actually im phd student and im working on a project...not to a company!!!! working with promax is my favorite but since promax 2 is not able to simulate piperazine or mixed solvents such as m-sulfinol and so on... and i just have promax 2, so i have to use another...

im working on an amine sweetening process with hysys. now i have a problem with defining the tray number of absorber and stripper culmns. in promax we can easily define real/ideal ratio of trays....but in hysys i dont know how do it. can enybody help me please?
