It is a number printing wheel assembly off an old Heidelberg printing press. Thanks for your ideas and suggestions.

    Can anyone identify this?

Haha! Yes I am a bit obsessed. I try to replicate things exactly. The person who made this probably does not know what that little assembly is. Just pulled it out of a box of stuff. You do no believe the geared assembly is one piece? Just gears cobbled together? I will look at farm equipment...

    Can anyone identify this?

You are correct in that the gears or whatever they are do nothing and are just for looks. They served no mechanical function at all. However, the parts on the wheel are real world things and it appears to be an assembly of some sort. I was trying to identify it for replication.

    Can anyone identify this?

I only have this one descent picture unfortunately. All I see when I look at is can openers... Perhaps the inside of a gearbox of some kind. What it is from is part of a steering wheel I am trying to recreate. The part was just stuck on there and from a junk parts box, so no one really knows...

    Can anyone identify this?

It has four gears on it. I have an idea of what it is in my head and cannot see past it. Any help is appreciated!
