Problem fixed! Shutter was moving too slow back to close position, controller gave an error because of too much waiting time. The problem was dirty pneumatic cylinders, which moves the shutter. Cylinder cleaned, shutter tested, no error came anymore.

Krugtech, you are right again. Bystronic technik finds vacuum leak in tube 8. Found o- ring between ceramic parts hit with high voltage. All o-rings replaced for tube 8. Checked vacuum leak 1,2 hPa/h. Thanks for help everyone!

Now the problem is fixed. I didnt do anything. At last friday just cleaning cabinet with compressed air and turned machine off. Monday morning i tried to turn it again and it works. I dont know what happened. Maybe something overheated? But thanks for help Krugtech!
