How thick is material you would like to cut with foil? I can check tomorow my parameters buth one thing is important for youre fiber laser, foil must be intended for fiber laser cutting.

Are you shure that you are using 6.2 bar pressure oxigen?

Does your cutting head standing firmly? Thry pushing it by hand in all sides (one side at the time) and see if allarm clears. Can you move cutting head?

Did your cutting head hit something or alarm happened during cutting?

And do you have a cutting problems? If not, you could encrease duty for tape shot.

Those are my parameters and it is cuttink ok, dross free. But units are metric.

Can you take a picture of parameters? Edge parameters allso. And if we can see the part that gives you the throuble?

If the material is not pierced all the way and it starts to cut, this could happen for thick material. Your gas pressure for pierce is too big. Reduce it to 0.08 and thry. Sorry for late responce.

If you have another cone you can replace it and see what happens. Does this happens on all materials and thickneses? Once, l had problem with material while piercing. One pierce good, next half inch above. Waterial was a problem in my case.
