Hello 212197 , Its my mistake now i have taken below values & updated heating & cooling rate. I have taken 105 max thk for heating & cooling rate as per ucs-56. heating rate =53 DEGREE CEL/ h. Cooling rate=68 DEGREE CEL/ h.

Hello 212197 , As per UW40(f)(3), throat of fillet = nominal thk. i assume 75 is fillet leg. hence throat = o.707 x 75=52 , nominal thk taken 52 , so heating rate is 109. And for cooling rate 105 thk taken .
