ULTRASONIC TEST REQUIREMENT AS PER ASME SECTION V & VIII

Hello everyone experts , I want help from all of you .

We are going to manufacture a base frame in which no.of different size thickness plates are used

But our client said above 25 mm thickness , UT is mandatory .

IS it mandatory ? If yes where it is given in ASME.

Sorry but you are wasting peoples time with your question.
1 If the client wants it then it is mandatory (if it is in your contract documents) irrespective of what the code states.
2 If it is not in your contract documents then ask the client where it is noted in ASME.

You are fabricating a base frame in accordance with ASME VIII ?
