Water is coming from NPT hole of the Re. pad. What can be the reason? the excess neck of nozzle from inside had been cut and flush grinded.
My fear is that construction team didnt weld shell to nozzle from outside and when they sand blasted shell from inside they damaged the flush grinded...

there was bulge on last shell due to some weld destortions during welding clips outside.
it was noticed just in Final walkdown inspection before hydrotest.
Subcontractor which is constructing the tank just put new weld on the shell from inside thinking it gives to shell...
