    Hi Bill, Thanks for the great response. I'm going to rent a power analyser and put it on the supply line Friday. I'll capture the phasor diagram to see if it looks reasonable. I have reached out to the utility, but no response yet.

    I have a system with some submersible pumps that are fed by some Siemens Sirius soft starts. Pumps are 125HP @ 600vac.
