This PP grade material should be a grade to be injected (low Mw), it must be indicated to support the temperaturas indicated and should be certificated to be in contact with water.
U need special machinery to produce stretch film. There are PE and PP special grades to produce this kind of products, materials grade of PP and PE with high Mw (molecular weight). U can find more information in a book like, 'Polymer Extrusion' by Rauwendall.
