Thanks everyone for the help. I do have the codes and I read them too. But the situation is quite different. Due to recent torrential rains in the city, one of the Client's pipeline has come up to the surface, meaning depth of cover has been washed away. I was asking for the help in this regard.

What is the Minimum value for Depth of Cover of Pipelines designed in accordance with ASME B31.8 & ASME B 31.4 respectively? In addition, please also guide me regarding laying of Pipelines without using Concrete Set-on Weights or Saddle Bags?
