    Problem with 5cylinder

Have you checked the battery and alternator outputs? It is not unusual to have a misfire from low voltage.

PS: Do you believe that insufficient voltage can cause an ECU, EFI, or fuel pump to fail? For example - this company makes such protection devices and mentions that AT THE BATTERY the voltage can reach 120V. https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-document... Thanks for that document. The...

So I think we all three agree that whether you connect the ECU or EFI directly to the battery, or you connect the accessories to the same battery, or you connect the accessories and the ECU/EFI to the battery, or the connection block the battery will be called upon to deliver the same amount of...

Contacting the presenter is the first step. He is not available. How do you think the current is returned to the battery and what resistance does it have? I don't know. You mean the resistance in the cable? Where did the video get posted? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uomAK8FIPuQ See at...

    Valve spring oil cooler?

My query waS about VALVE SPRING OIL COOLERS. They are not for any specific engine or application like marine, aircraft racing, or other. The manufacturers could not answer my question which makes no sense since they list valve spring oil coolers on their data. Thanks for your responses, but...

    Valve spring oil cooler?

I am stumped also. Earl's Mocal and SETRAB all seel "valve spring oil coolers". Comp did not have an answer either. I have been in racing and performance for over 40 years and I too have never heard of such a thing. The idea may not be so bad when one considers that the valve springs on a race...

    Valve spring oil cooler?

I would like to know if anyone out there knows how to plumb a valve spring oil cooler. Are they gravity activated, do they need a pump like for gearboxes and diffs? Thank you
