    03 detection

Used to continuously verify regulatory limits for electronic air cleaning units in the field. 5ppb for UL. 50ppb for carb.

    03 detection

Hi Folks, I'm looking for an ozone detector or solild state sensor that would be capable of detecting ozone concentrations in room air. Looking for a range of < 5ppb to 50ppb or so. I can work with just about any kind of sensor or interface signal. Thanks!

    Ozone sensor

Hi Folks, I'm looking for an ozone sensor that would be capable of detecting ozone concentrations in room air to the tune of 50ppb down to 5ppb or below. Can anyone suggest if there is anything credible on the market? I can work with just about any kind of sensor or interface signal. Thanks!

    Air Purifiers in Canada (regulations)

I was wondering if anyone knows if Air purifiers that supposedly kill viruses and bacteria using chemical processes are under the purview of Health Canada? I've heard it might fall under the Health Canada Pest Management Regulatory Agency. Is there any truth to that?

    Motor randomly reversing

Checking the capacitor in question, yields no reading on a DMM capacitor meter. Also yields infinite resistance instantly and not changing over time, in both directions.

    Motor randomly reversing

Thanks guys. The motor is a CF-9622: https://www.alltemp.ca/product/cf-9622/ Can we tell if that has a centrifugal switch? I could easily test the capacitor - I think - just by measuring the resistance change, and by verifying the capacitance with a DMM? Thanks!

    Motor randomly reversing

Hi Folks, I have a pool heat pump where the fan motor is acting erratically. The fan will engage either clockwise or counterclockwise on different attempts, seemingly at random. Occasionally it will also hum and not turn at all, unless assisted by a screwdriver, in which case it will run in...
