I don't have any krx file though, only the PTS part file and the assembly file.
Shouldn't this work out of the box without the need to manually edit any files? What is the expected behavior? I thought that what I'm trying to achieve was the whole purpose of the PTS Author...

NX comes with lots of predefined templates though. Is there any way to make it recreate all the default templates based on my customer defaults?
Having to recreate them all every time I want to make a change will be very time consuming
I'm changed the following customer default:
Customer Defaults > Sketch > General > Part Settings tab > Reference Curves color
I changed it, applied ii and restarted NX. But when I create a new part, the color is the same as the default, it's not changed.
Can someone help?
What are the differences between Feature Groups and Design Groups? Both seem to work like a folder to put features in for better organization of the feature tree. What am I missing?
