Hello,
I work at a manufacturing plant that creates hundreds of unique parts a week.
Generally, the parts are less than 80" long and need a dimensional tolerance of 1/16".
Looking for a system that can scan parts and compare measurements to a 3d model.
Has anyone successfully implemented a...
Hello everyone,
I want to mess around with cutting wood on our Bystar 3015.
Is this possible?
How thick can we go?
Any good resources for how to do this (set height/ parameters)
Thanks,
Angus

I have gotten them secondhand from our local tech. They are perfectly fine for about a month and then leak.
Can guarantee this is a sizable leak, unfortunately.

I ended up replacing the regulator, but the same problem occurred again with the new regulator...
I think the hole that is leaking is called a weep hole. I think they leak when the diaphragm of the regulator has a crack in it.
The system is a 2500 psi oxygen tank -> independent regulator @ 210...
Our oxygen regulator has gas coming out of a hole in the side of it. See attached image for the hole.
Has anyone seen this same problem?
Not sure what caused this or if this is normal.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts / inputs,
Angus

All I had to do was tap the sensors with an allen key. Not exactly sure if it's a physical or electrical problem with the sensors but the correct reading registers and the gas filling process begins.
Before I figured that out I was checking for leaks.
One tip I got from the beauty krugTech...
Our shop recently got a used bystar 3015 laser.
On startup, I cannot get past the vacuum pump running stage and onto the filling with gas stage.
Typically get stuck at 11hPa and my evacuation pressure limit is set at 6hPa.
I have the smaller SV16 pump.
Any suggestions on how to move...
