Bystar 3015 - Stuck on "Vacuum Pump Running" during Startup 3

Our shop recently got a used bystar 3015 laser.

On startup, I cannot get past the vacuum pump running stage and onto the filling with gas stage.

Typically get stuck at 11hPa and my evacuation pressure limit is set at 6hPa.

I have the smaller SV16 pump.

Any suggestions on how to move forward? I don't seem to get the option for running a leak test on startup.

Thanks for any help given,
Angus

We have the same issue...you can modify in the HV cabinet to rise the start limit and force it to start but...maybe you have a leak?

All I had to do was tap the sensors with an allen key. Not exactly sure if it's a physical or electrical problem with the sensors but the correct reading registers and the gas filling process begins.

Before I figured that out I was checking for leaks.

One tip I got from the beauty krugTech was to pull the A1 wire off the vac pump contactor while it's struggling. This stops the pump without throwing an error or closing valves. This way you can catch any leaks that the leak test will not.
