When we import PV Elite model of vessel into CADWorx we noticed that nozzles on vessel has ANSI flanges although vessel calculation and import data were EN-13445 and EN-1092 for flanges. Can anyone explain why and is there solution for that ?
LittleInch & EdStainless thank you for reply. I have almost none experience outside the office, so can you explain me which device is used for checking if oxygen is removed and what is desiccant breather ?
I was checking the thread794-326793 which is closed so I start a new one with similar subject. I need to prepare the procedure for the filling of one drain vessel and one pig launcher/receiver with nitrogen for conservation purpose. These vessels are part of pipeline and need to be protected...
@EdStainless that's what I am trying to do and that's why I posted this thread because web links usually send you to a seller... Anyway, thanks for the help
Pipeline connecting two pig launchers intended for conservation for a next 3-5 years is 36" size and it is used for a crude oil. I guess it should be cleaned first in some way ? Drain vessel is apart of this line as I understood from PID's
LittleInch thank you for answer. When you speaking about pig trap purging and nitrogen pressurizing, in this case the whole pipeline from pig shall be put out of use and conserved for some time. Does that mean that whole pipeline should be purged and then I isolate receiver and pressurize it...
Thank you for the hints. In these few days I have already find some answers through the web. Client requires PEM electrolyzer so I have to follow that. I posted the question here because I have one thing to clarify: I am afraid that I may prepare a process diagram with missing piece of equipment...
I don't have practical experience from site, is it possible to find exact scope of activities for nitrogen preservation of pig receiver and is it same thing for drain vessel ?
I am working on a quotation for preparing the conceptual design for the unit for a production of green hydrogen via technology of water electrolisis employing Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electroliser (PEMEL), but I don-t know much about this. I would like to know what are the components...
Can anyone tell me where I can find procedure for conservation of pig launcher/receiver or a drain vessel on a pipeline which shall be not in use for some longer period ?
