It would be really great to see those other two books at some point. I've been looking for his Troubleshooting book for years and was looking forward to seeing it published on H+P.. If you want any help with digitizing or formatting it to a workable PDF I can help out in my spare time...
I don't believe any publisher owns the copyright to them -I get the feeling this stuff is lost forever or it seems that way. Hydraulics&Pneumatics had made 2 of them available on their website as free Ebooks, but had relinquished ownership of them before they were acquired so they are all dead...
