if you have a data , you can plot it in Python to generate EPS format very easily with desired resolution, you can also ask ChatGPT if you don't do it by yourself.

you don't need to use subroutine for that, I also worked the same problem just for fun, like FEA way said, you just need to use Damage Model (J-K model and select element deletion after damage).

I found the solution for, the problem was the geometry dimension was not correctly defined for material parameter input, units are not fit (S.I unit system mixed up with S.I(mm)for material parameters input) . after correcting , it shows the correct result. Thanks

Thanks for your reply and yes, I checked the Mode shapes, it looks normal at the range of first 15 or till 50 Mode, after that, the result is bit strange, the geometry is simple plate or shell element.
