After a lot of researches I finally found it using the program "Last changed files".
To set the shape or plate number go to "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DassaultSystemes\CATTemp" and edit the files CATStdShapeExt.txt and CATStdPlateExt.txt
