We are getting 3.5 bar pressure at reactor manifold?
Is it possible to get 3.5 bar pressure at 2.5 bar head centrifugal pump ?

As 0.4 Nm3/hr is 0.68 ACFM. and as you told 1.5 bar A is 44.2951 inches Hg.
V2= (1.92/41.29) * 0.68
= 0.0316 ACFM. 0.0537 Nm3/hr.
I think i should have read them again and clear the calculation part.
