Need help in design of purified water generation system 1

Hi Professionals
I need your help in designing purified water generation system to our plant, we are manufacturing API product and we have set 4000 LPH RO system as a feed water for PW generation system but i don't have further how to develop the process and arrange things to initiate the design ? like after RO feed water what are the steps are involved in Purified water generation system. does anyone give your experience in this for me ?

why is the engineering dpt. actually we are having engineering & projects department for developing engineering related SOP. In our company we are the operating personnel of Purified Water generation & distribution system.

Your SOP provides the outline of what you require after the RO treatment.

The SOP shows a recirculation loop with UV treatment and filters. What is not described is the piping system. For pharmaceutical water piping systems, prioritize materials like PVDF and heat-based joints to maintain purity and prevent contamination.
