    Merge Nodes

    The surfaces are fine, I've tried to connect them but no gaps were identified. Also, if I make it orphan, then the constraints a property assigned to geometry won't apply to the mesh right?

    Merge Nodes

    During the meshing the nodes of two adjacent surfaces ended up not being connected, although they match. I can't merge the nodes using the mesh edit tool because it only allow a merge for a bottom up mesh. Is there any other way to merge the nodes? I'm new to abaqus and more a Hypermesh user...
