I am running with 0 mm trail also but in literature it's given lateral load is applied at pneumatic trail + mechnical trail. In some reports(for different class of vehicle) I am seeing 17 mm castar trail and in some 29 mm cater trail. And they have taken 30mm as trail.

Is 30 mm trail is standard for applying lateral load or do I have to check what is actual mechnical trail at design condition(unladden)?

I think in CRC test distance between those two marker won't change(educated guess). Its better to measure the yaw angle. Can I ask why you are measuring paths in CRC test?

I think by measuring the slip angle at each tire(it will be a function of vehicle speed). That will give you the dynamic turning center, From there you can calculate actual TCD. [If I remember correctly the formula is given in this book:-https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-319-05449-0]...
