    Water contamination in lubrication oil

Texaco, If you can give me more information on who manufactures or distributes equipment which utilizes "air stripping" for water removal, I would appreciate it. Thanks for the feedback.

    Oil purification

Can anyone recommend the best method for high capacity oil lubrication? The application is for lubricating large machine bearings via a closed-loop flow process. I have been in touch with many suppliers of various oil filtering and purification systems but I would definitely be more interested...

    Water contamination in lubrication oil

Thanks Plasgears for the info. Maybe this will lead me to some useful resources. Anyone else with more detailed leads, please let me know who to contact. Thanks R. Urbinelli

    Water contamination in lubrication oil

AG, Very interesting, what you speak of about a "sponge" that removes water from oil. If you have any other information or people I can contact to find out more about this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks R. Urbinelli

    Water contamination in lubrication oil

GT, Thanks for the response. We've used Alfa Laval and westfalia centrifuges in the past. They are extremely effective in removing "free" water. However, the oil we are using usually does not "let go" of the water (water is all entrained) up to 700 - 1000 ppm. So, to remove...

    Quick curing concrete

Is anyone aware of any "quick curing" concrete or epoxy that can be used to fabricate equipment (motor, fan, pump, etc.) bases? We need quick turnaround time to reduce the total job time and machine downtime.

    Water contamination in lubrication oil

I wanted to find out if there was anyone who has experience or knowledge with equipment capable of removing entrained and free water from bearing lubrication oil (specifically 220 viscosity). The only method I am familiar with to removed entrained water from oil is vacuum dehydration. I would...

    RF vibration transmitters

I was interested in finding out if anyone knows of a manufacturer of low-cost radio transmitted accelerometers which send a signal to a receiver. The distance I want to tranmit is anywhere from 10 to 100 ft. This will enable us to collect vibration readings on rotating equipment without...

    RF vibration transmitters

Is anyone familiar with RF vibration transmitters which allow vibration data collected by an accelerometer in a remote location to be tranmitted to a receiver in another location?
