Thanks for the reponses... I hear the Edelbrock will be coming out w/ a Victor manifold for Olds in 2005, but I hope to have the project complete by this summer. I will be starting a project of installing Fuel injection on my 455 Olds. The first thing I was going to do is drill out my manifold runners to install the fuel injector bungs. Rear Band. Intermediate Band.
Thanks for the advice.. I'm already doing a bunch of mods to trans, but did not know of this front pump bushing problem. I did not install the bushings to any of the parts.. I had the local machine shop perform the work.. I wish I would of bought the tools and installed them myself.. hindsight...- mpasiuk

Rear Band. Intermediate Band.
Hello: Upon re-assembly of my th400, I know that I have to soak the intermediate band and clutches for about 20- minutes in ATF. I'm almost sure (but checking :) do I have to soak the rear band also for the 20-minute time period? Thx,...Mike- mpasiuk
