Check out www.wrightsoft.com. All you have to do is draw your building and set the construction materials and infiltration, and it does the load and duct design for you. We've used it everyday for years and it works great. It is also ACCA approved.
You may want to email Jim Heritage at jmh@herritage.com. He provides acca sponsered Manual J and Manual P classes, and probably knows where to find it. I took a Manual J class of his where he provided an abbreviated part of the chart, so he must have a full version.
