Can some one provide information or internet link to original Paper "Rational Psychrometric Formulae" presented by W.H. Carrier in 1911.

You may want to email Jim Heritage at jmh@herritage.com. He provides acca sponsered Manual J and Manual P classes, and probably knows where to find it. I took a Manual J class of his where he provided an abbreviated part of the chart, so he must have a full version.
