Our company recently purchased new Dell Precision computers for all of our engineering dept. The IT dept and management would like to keep the Windows 7 OS (x64) on the computers.
Because of that, I was wondering if anyone could provide some advice or tips on installing SW 2009 on computers...

Update.....tried unchecking the "Hide underline letters for keyboard navigation until I press the ALT key" on a few computers and this morning we are still having "freezing/lockup" issues with the File>Open.
Could this be network related at all?

After some more testing, it looks like it might be the mouse. I am using a Microsoft Optical Intellimouse with the latest driver. It still does the bad balloons. When I switch to a different brand of mouse (ie Dell optical, or IBM optical), the balloons come in perfect. Go figure???
