    have you googled aluminum wheel finishes? There are compnaies that can anodize, plate, polish and powdercoat your rims. You can powdercoat on your own but don't use your wife's oven--get a cheap one from the classifieds, flea markets, etc., put it in the garage and powdercoat everything.

    Thanks for the feedback. It was actually Brembo, the mfr. of the discs, who specified the runout be checked. I also spoke with a gentleman who is a cart racer and he advised that the runout be checked because "rarely are they actually true from the factory." You guys have saved me from what...

    When installing new oe-spec front brake rotors, and the disc retaining screws are properly torqued, is it necessary to check the runout? If so, is the integrity of the hub what we are assessing?
