The ideal solution is with "search tool" there you can select on the models used in other simplified reps
You select tab ‘status’ rule ‘display’ criteria-category ‘simplified Rep’ ....

Not realy, when you new copy a existing you only have an exact copy.
what I used to do, making several small logical reps, and than you could create a new one by adding and subtracting existing ones. I found this realy flexible an very powerfull becaus you had not to write down model names...

Simplified Representations. In the past You could create in assembly, a new simplified rep using existing one. By create rep, include, by rep, select one (not using substitute for simplified hidden in a lower assembly level)
Can someone tell me if it is still possible?
