I have material with following analysis:

%Si=2.64
%Mn=0.489
%S=0.115
%P=0.02
%Cr=0.159
%Mo=0.008
%Ni=0.06
%Cu=0.07
Hardness of this material is 140HB.
How can I have hardness 210HB with above mentioned analysis?

%Ti=0.60

%S=0.01
what is reason for adding Ti to this steel grade?

Question:
As you know ,solution of fe in cu is difficult.
How can I add fe to Al-boronz(17%Al)with 5% fe.(Cu-17Al-5%Fe).
